Welcome to NFC & Happy New Year!

NFC is a full-service training facility with over 9000 square feet of workout space including cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights.  We’ve got a little bit of everything for everyone! 

Effective January 1, 2025 we have extended our hours to better serve you!

Fridays & Saturdays, we will close at 10 pm – Sundays we are open an hour earlier and later!

Monday to Friday: 6 am – 10 pm

Saturday: 8 am – 10 pm

Sunday 8 am – 4 pm
